The UHS marching band returned to a fire truck escort last night from an amazing trip to the Taxslayer bowl game in Jacksonville FL.
Here are the Taxslayer.com Bowl band results for Unionville HS Band:
- 1st place in Class A
- Swept all captions in Class A
- High percussion, High color guard, High drum major, High music, High visual, High overall effect
- 1st place overall band & Grand Champion
- $10,000.00 award for overall winner
The band performed in the pre-game by ourselves at the Taxslayer.com Gator Bowl as the Champions and then again at halftime with the other 9 bands.
